The topic was on how technology is very quickly becoming the easy part of online publishing. With content management systems, analytics packages, CRM systems and Web 2.0 capabilities like blogs, wikis and social networks just a few clicks away, the barrier to actually making online publishing work is no longer technical, but rather procedural.
I tried to provide a basic framework to help online publishers simplify their online strategy into three simple concepts of Managing, Measuring and Monetizing.
